Bad Behavior Cycles, of Dowdle and Sons, LLC, wants all clientele to be satisfied with every item purchased from Bad Behavior Cycles and badbehaviorcycles.com.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange please contact us via email within 14 days of purchase, and we will be happy to help!!

**ALL Returns/ Exchanges must be in original unopened condition, unless otherwise discussed through email, and must be received at Bad Behavior Cycles within the exchange/refund/return window (30 days from date of purchase).  Any items that are received outside of the return window, but meet all other applicable criteria will ONLY be refunded as STORE CREDIT.

Please note if the item is to be refunded or exchanged in the initial email.

 

For Returned items over $50 there will be a 5% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  Refunds will be applied to the original form or payment, or a store credit may be requested.

 

For Exchanges  the buyer will kindly note on email the reason for exchange (i.e. Fit/ Color), and note the acceptable item for exchange.  There will be a 2% fee for restock and return shipping when a DIFFERENT item is requested for exchange (plus any price differences). c

**PLEASE NOTE: Parts and Accessories will be accepted for exchange on a case-by-case basis! Please ensure you check fitment for each part you order.  Bad Behavior Cycles is not responsible for fitment issues if the wrong part is ordered. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call prior to placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.

**USED Parts, Gear, Accessories are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return, Refund or Exchange.  USED Parts are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS--NO EXCEPTIONS.  Bad Behavior Cycles will test and do our best to ensure these items are in working order prior to listing for sale, however no warranty is given or implied.
